Drops into the Phantom’s flip frame — standard 2″×4¼″, no tools.
Heavy smoke, hot puddle, slag rolling off behind the rod. At the end the arc stops and the lens drops back to clear.
Filler rod feeding in, puddle staying tight. Almost no smoke to look through — you follow the edge the whole way.
Both shot straight through the lens on a phone — no filter, no grade. A phone sensor blows out an arc worse than your eye does, so the real thing reads sharper than either clip.

Can I pick any colorway?
Every Phantom Pro colorway on the site is in Step 02 — all of them, same price. The kit price doesn't change with the color.
Can I build the Arsenal on the 14 oz Phantom (Base)?
No — the Arsenal is built on the Pro on purpose. It's a stick kit, and stick means slag and spatter; the Pro's leather top and bottom is the coverage that work calls for. If the Base is your hood, it sells solo — link at the bottom of this page.
Which lens should I pick?
One question: do you weld at one setting, or all over the map? The Frontline darkens to a single fixed shade — you pick 9, 10, 11, or 12 — and the kit is $219.99. If your work moves across a wide range, the Vanguard is variable 5–13 with grind mode and the kit is $279.99. Both fit the Phantom.
When does it ship?
Your Pro is built when the order lands — not pulled off a shelf. Orders are out the door the same week, usually within about two working days of ordering.
What's the warranty on the kit?
The hood carries the 1-year warranty: if it breaks inside the year, send it in and we fix it free — you only cover the shipping to us.
Just want the hood?
No hard feelings. Every Phantom sells solo — the 14 oz Base and the 13 oz Pro, every colorway. The Arsenal will still be here.
